I’ve red tagged this printer until I can look at it tomorrow. It is clearly having an ongoing problem.

We’ve ordered a new nozzle.

Nozzle arrived a while ago. I believe @YellowEng has been trying to work on this but hasn’t been able to complete it yet. If anyone is able to help out please do!

The new nozzle has been installed to the Hermes printer, though it seems that it’s having issues heating up the nozzle. I’d recommend troubleshooting the heater if anyone wishes to dive into it before I try again.

Tested the heater at the connector and it reads as zero ohms, when it should be close to 14.8 ohms, I removed the hot end from the machine and tested at the heater pads and still found zero ohms, which means the Revo heater core is dead and it’s unfortunately not just a failed wire or connector.
