I hope nobody has taken the red tag off of this machine. It doesn’t even have a front cover on the extruder.
Hmm, whoops.
There was a red tag somewhere near the machine (on the table next to it?) which looked worrisome – something about “hot end temperature abnormal, needs checking.”
But since there was no indication of the red tag in Skedda, I tried to give it a shot. I only fed a bit of filament in the AMS and then it refused to print.
Yeah, it’s my fault that I didn’t extend the Red Tag period in Skedda. We’re still waiting on a part. There should be a physical red tag attached to the door handle. I’ll be in tomorrow morning and can make sure that’s in place.
I forget where the red tag was, I might have moved it.

Right, a yellow tag means “use at your own risk, there’s something known or suspected to be wrong”. Red tag is just “don’t use”. Sometimes this is because it might damage the machine or be a hazard to people around, rather than just not working.
I have reattached the red tag to the door handle. The replacement part is supposed to arrive this afternoon, so hopefully someone will be able to get Athena back in action soon.
