Projects with no tags + expiration dates

Reminder that projects are allowed for 7 days while actively being worked on. You are actively working on it, change your tag and all is well. If you have a tendency to leave materials and not come back for a month, your materials will end up in the scrap or trash bin after that 7-day period.

Please be mindful to always put a tag on your work.

Putting your projects in the temporary 7-Day active project area, be mindful of other people’s tags.

If you have multiple pieces and use only one tag, it needs to be absolutely clear to someone who has no idea who you are or what you are working on.

Whether a tag was not put on, or it accidentally fell off, it is possible someone might mistake that untagged piece for something useful for their own project.

This is one reason why we only allow active projects in the storage area. You leave it here and don’t check on it for months, something could happen, the wind could blow extra hard one day and make the tag go flying off. Please regularly check on your projects and if it is not going to be worked on in the immediate future, make arrangements to take it out of the space

Any project older than 7 days without an exception will be removed this week. This will be a very strict enforcement this month while we are in preparation for the dust collector and all new pipes.

Large projects with an exception please make arrangements to move your projects by 2/15. Pipes will be arriving shortly after that.

Note that there is a 70% chance of rain on Saturday, so if you’re moving your project in an open bed truck, plan accordingly.
