Hey folks, there’s a lot of stuff backing up and I see a few expired tags.
Please grab your pieces. Later this week I’ll move, scrap, trash, or repurpose anything prior to April or without clear markings or tags unless we’ve been notified and approved an exception.
Additionally, please do not store any projects along the empty space from the old metal shop. There will be ongoing tasks such as clearing tile and moving tools around in this area.
For example … I do not know if the red circle wood is separate or supposed to be combined with the blue stack.
So long as these are properly marked it’s all fine. If I walk by and cannot tell, I will end up moving it.
At the moment there are a number of sheet goods stacked up making it difficult to store the active projects.
Please come in get your wood! This week I’m clearing out anything older than April for scrap, trash, or otherwise workshop projects.
This certainly isn’t my favorite task however it’s necessary to ensure room and space for active projects.
I will relocate these to scrap or trash very soon as they do not have any labels.
It’s that time again, this week I will be clearing out old projects or materials beyond 7-day limit.
Things with no tags will also be taken out.
Please come collect your projects and materials or update the tag if you are actively working on it.
There’s a few things in the wood shop project storage left over from April. In the next few days I will be clearing these out.

Hey folks, there’s a few projects and pieces of wood dated to early June. It is now July; Please collect your items, as things older than 7-days with no name or exception are liable to be relocated to the scrap, trash, or put out for donations.
Good morning! It’s near the end of July and I see a few pieces in the temporary storage from earlier in July. Please come get these! In the coming days I will be clearing out old projects to scrap or the trash bin.
Especially for folks bringing panels. Do not leave your scrap panels by the CNC area (especially without labels) or they will disappear. It more so is to relieve space and pressure that neglected scraps tend to add onto the work area

I see a lot of tags from early August sitting in the sheet, storage, project storage, vertical storage.
Additionally, there are some very large projects being stored without any exception. Some of which are past the 7-Day date.
There are a lot of projects here in the temporary storage from August. These are now all considered overdue. I will be clearing old projects out this week. Please come and grab them!
October is here and the end is near for projects that have been left beyond one week!
Reminder that this is a temporary storage space and only active projects are allowed.
Additionally any projects along the wall must have an approval from the woodshop leads @Glory2God and @Johnvaughn.
If you have a project you will work on someday, please remove it to make space for active projects.
There is currently only one project along the wall near the overhead door that has approval. All others need to be removed or a specific request made to woodshop@asmbly.org
More importantly, everything on this back wall will have to move by this weekend. This whole wall is about to be painted and we need all of these projects cleared out of the way.
If you need to host them here afterwards, please follow up with Michael and that email address for getting approval for larger project storage.
There are some things here with no contact information and also with outdated tags. By Friday afternoon we need to have this space cleared up
