Hey im just trying to print 2 pages with black ink. The printer dous not seem to want to do this due to it not being filled magenta and yellow. Other then that I dont know why its not printing?
I believe you’re the person I spoken to in person, but I believe you’re using the sublimation printer, which won’t print on normal paper anyway.
The black Brother printer to the right of the white Sawgrass machine is the correct printer for normal printing.
