Prepay for future membership?

Hi,

I was wondering if I can pre pay for a future membership now instead of waiting until the membership renews later this year. I can get reimbursed by my work for the membership fees, but It has to be made this calendar year and I was just laid off so I need to do it this weekend. I was hoping to pay for a future 2024 yearly membership now. Or as a second less desirable option could I cancel my current plan, get refunded for the remainder, and just set up a new one right away?

Let me know if none of that makes sense. Just trying to get it done this weekend since my employment technically ends on Monday the 10th.

Just to close the loop on this question for anyone else reading: you don’t need to ask to pre-pay for membership. Just log into your Neon account, choose “Purchase/Edit Membership” from the menu, and click “Renew Now”. You can purchase any number of renewals at whatever term you like, and they’ll get queued up to take effect (consecutively) when your current term expires.
