This is an old topic, but clearly is not sinking in.
I came in last night after 6, to work on the drum sander. The dust collector bag was overfull. It was almost to the metal frame at the top.
That dust collector is easy to empty, and difficult to get back into place. Just ask for help. I was going to empty it when I finished the sander, but Keyan jumped on it before I could. He wasn’t using any of those stations.
With the two of us, 30 seconds to remount.
Don’t think of it as a difficult PITA one person job. Ask someone to help remount, and make an easy two person job.
On a positive note, the shop was pretty darn clean otherwise.
