We’re actually selling our home <5 minutes from Asmbly. Probably won’t list for another month or so, but happy to share some details if you’re interested! I have a 300 sq foot detached workshop so it’s very maker friendly.
Simi Gilani hooked me up with my home nearby. She’s been in the area a long long time and was extremely thorough in helping me out (sniffing out bad home deals in general and calling other realtors out on BS).
