This message came in from the property managers. There’s no action needed from anyone unless you see some notice on your vehicles. Please forward to facilities@asmbly.org right away. That said please remember our closed hours are from 2am to 5am each day.
I don’t have a handle on exactly when checks will come around, however I’ll be watching for messages!
Dear Tenants,
As part of our continued efforts to maintain a safe and well-managed property, we will be implementing increased parking enforcement on the property.
Beginning immediately, vehicles that are parked overnight or have expired registration tags may be tagged for review. If a vehicle receives a notice tag, the employee associated with that vehicle should notify the management office as soon as possible so we can verify authorization.
Vehicles that receive a tag and are not reported to management may be scheduled for towing in accordance with property policies.
This process is being implemented to improve safety, reduce unauthorized parking, and ensure that parking remains available for employees and authorized tenants of the property.
If you have any questions or need to verify a vehicle, please contact the management office.
