Options to cut and drill 1.6mm Titanium Plate?

I have 1.6mm (0.06") Gr5 6Al4V titanium plate.

What are my options to cut a straight rectangular strip and drill it out, at ASMBLY (before the fiber laser goes online~), similar to that spring steel strip in the pic above.

My buddy processes the exact same stuff on a CNC mill similar to our Tormach in spec, so I got some 4-flute carbide endmills to mill it out on the Tormach, but I wanted to know any other options we have at the shop. I don’t know if our saws are capable and have the right blades for this?

Pic is how my buddy processes his ti, fixtures it to a big chopping board and goes to town on it with the mill and the same endmills I ordered.

You can definitely cut that on the Tormach. You’d probably need a sub plate or spoil board with painters tape and superglue setup.
