Openpath not working

My openpath isnt working - I have had no lapse of membership although perhaps my membership autorenewed this morning and it isn’t updated?

I’m outside the laser side if someone can ping @jamesfreeman to let me in for class.

You’re re-activated now. Your membership did lapse but it wasn’t your fault – Today was your renewal day, and for some reason Neon didn’t run the renewals until after we opened this morning. It’s a Neon idiosyncrasy that happens often enough to be noticeable but rarely enough it’s a real pain to debug our workarounds.

Our goal is for those occasional renewal delays to not impact Openpath access; unfortunately we’re not there yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
