Come join us for the January edition of the Oh Sew Social, next Wednesday (January 28) at 7pm in Textiles! Bring any projects you have in mind, or come hang out and learn about the projects, techniques, and materials of others.
I’ve talked about testing the vacuum former which was donated to Asmbly a few months ago and this session might be a good time to try it out. If you have any small objects you’d like to test out, bring them along and we’ll give it a shot.
There’s a chance I’ll be in Asmbly but on a work call through 7:30pm; I’ll make sure the usual HEB bakery cookies are out, front and center at 7pm
I hope to make these one day! How long are you guys usually there? My kids bed time is 7:30, I could show up late but want to make sure people will still be there
Hey @mewpal – the SIG goes until at least 9, with many of us hanging around until 9:30ish. Depending on how long it takes you to get to Asmbly, you may be able to catch at least some of the social!
