Oh Sew Social: June edition, 6/24 @ 7pm in Textiles

It’s June and Texas has finished preheating, so come join us in what is often (literally) the coolest room at Asmbly. You can check out the new tables built for the space by the many wonderful volunteers and discuss other ongoing upgrades to Textiles – your suggestions are always welcome and critical to our upgrades to the space.

You can also bring your projects and simply hang out as you work on them. I’ll most likely be doing some of that myself, working with some lovely Badalassi Carlo Pueblo leather I got recently.

I’ll bring the waxed canvas tool rolls I sewed and the stuff I used to wax the canvas. If anyone is interested I’ll have an unwaxed canvas Drop kit I sewed using the left over fabric that we can wax during the social. See ya there!
