No wood in the dumpsters (8/28/26)

All,

There is a discrepancy with our waste management provider at the moment. They have informed us that no wood or sawdust is allowed in the dumpster and renders our dumpsters contaminated pickups. In that case they will NOT pickup the dumpsters. Below is their current listings for accepted waste.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: Follow the instructions provided on the signs by the woodshop exits for proper disposal. This is a fluid situation and any updates will be on the physical signs in the woodshop.

I am actively working on more permanent waste removal solutions.

I emptied the current dumpster, about half full.

To anyone that does decide to dump saw dust and wood in the dumpsters at this time, there is a shovel next to the woodshop door with a pair of gloves for you to clean it out and follow the proper disposal practice.

We WILL be fined if there is wood or sawdust found in the dumpsters at this time.

According to JJs and our representative (Marcus West), we must bag all sawdust and wood. Scraps must be broken down. No large pieces.
