Hey all, I’ve started a YouTube channel and posted my first video a few days ago. The video is about a project I’ve been working on here at Asmbly, and talks about the importance of Asmbly and makerspaces in general.

Nice work. Love the hinge technique; I have not seen one be decorative at the same time! Usually they are just squiggly lines.
Awesome video! Did you do anything special to get the shot from inside the laser cutter? That’s an angle I’d love to get but I want to make sure my camera sensor doesn’t get damaged by the brightness or other aspects of being inside the enclosure.

Just used my phone on a mini tripod for that shot. Made sure it was clear of the path and let it rip.
Didn’t seem to damage anything, but I don’t think I’d put my nice camera in there.
