Hey love the new vending machine! I was at first a little bit confused about the $5 charge you see on the screen when you tap your card? You can scroll before you hit start to see different items but many are less than $5 so it’s hard to tell what you’re getting charged. Talked to a Steward and basically there’s some fancy tech in the background that figures out what you took and if you put in your email it’ll give you a receipt in a couple minutes - you don’t actually get charged $5 is my understanding. In any case now that I figured that out I quite love that we have this, it’s super fancy. Might be worth having a sign somewhere near the machine to explain how it works though!
