New Swift CNC controller change

We will be switching the Swift CNC controller out for the new controller we purchased on Sat April 5th. This is an upgraded controller and will also bring the rotary axis online. That will occur at a later date.

This is the controller:

New workflow documents along with videos will accompany the change. This controller is very similar, and we believe with these documents a refresher class won’t be needed. We will schedule some open demo times to help members if they would like.

The IQ will be changed at a later date TDB.

Will the new controllers accept newer USB thumb drives?

The USB port hasn’t changed, it’s a USB-A port possibly a 1.0/1.1

The controller change is being delayed. We’ll shoot for next weekend.

If it can be done Friday night I’ll be able to come in part of Saturday and Sunday to provide support.
