Because the current dust collector skirt was looking like an old toothbrush with helter-skelter bristles, I put a new dust collector skirt on the small CNC yesterday. It is somewhat longer. Please tell me if you are having problems or successes with it. Afterwards I watched @sneezix use the CNC doing an inlay yesterday and it seemed to hold up well for him, but your mileage may vary. The added length means that he had to raise the dust collector shroud up to the top of the spindle, because he was using short end mills.

Thank you @bwatt for helping with this.
It worked great! @bwatt and I left it open to watch the CNC action, but when sawdust started to accumulate on the piece, we just closed the skirt for a second and it cleaned it all up.
Thanks, Brian!
Awesome! This seems like a subtle but great addition, thank you!
