I’m excited to announce one of our newest classes: Ceramics - Make a Tile Relief. @JasonSoll has designed this class as a great entry point into handbuilding, with a focus on creating an awesome project to take home with you!
Learn the art of creating ceramic tile reliefs using handbuilding techniques. This workshop covers design, sculpting, and texturing to create unique ceramic tiles. Get plenty of hands-on guidance and support as you explore the basics of slab building. At the end of class, choose your favorite piece to keep! Your instructor will dry and bisque-fire it for you, and you can return to glaze it yourself during one of our Glazing Workshops, or opt to have it glazed for you for a small additional fee.
