Need help machining Brass

Is there anyone that knows how to use the Tormach CNC mill to cut out a brass piece for me? I don’t believe I am allowed to use the Laguna CNC to cut Brass so this would need to be done in the metal shop. I am making a custom standing desk for a client and was going to put the company logo on it in Brass. Obviously I would pay someone for their time if you can help me with this. If you can help, please feel free to email me at rtmwoodworking@gmail.com

Thank you!

You can use the wood CNCs for soft metals. From the wiki:

Cutting fluids are not permitted to be used on the woodshop CNC machines including the Laguna Swift and Laguna IQ CNCs.

Cutting of soft metals, such as aluminum and brass, is permitted on the Laguna Swift and Laguna IQ CNCs. Please be sure to clean the machine thoroughly to ensure all chips are cleared from the gantry and ways.

Hard metals like steel and cast iron are not permitted to be cut on the woodshop CNCs.

Thank you! I was not aware but good info.

Cheers!
