I fou d out that we switched to Neon & my payments stopped in September. I’ve signed back up & paid so I assume there is a waiting period for openpath to recognize my account

@Guitarsarge - openpath updates overnight, I believe.
I believe it updates 4 to 6 times a day.
Yes, automation runs every 4 to 6 hours to update access.
