My Openpath doesnt work

Havent been to the space in a long time but I’m on auto-pay so I dont think that is the issue.

“It looks like you don’t have access to any enteries. Please contact your administrator.”

I fou d out that we switched to Neon & my payments stopped in September. I’ve signed back up & paid so I assume there is a waiting period for openpath to recognize my account :grin:

@Guitarsarge - openpath updates overnight, I believe.

I believe it updates 4 to 6 times a day.

Yes, automation runs every 4 to 6 hours to update access.
