All of the tools that are mill specific have been moved to the drawer of the workbench closest to the mill (as I’ve been promising to do for quite a while now). Tools that are of more general use (e.g., drills and taps) remain in the machine shop toolbox next to the machine shop cabinet.

I had to look up the term kaizen, but it is a good description of a lot of things I’ve done. Modest, easy to do improvements can make a big difference.
