The period originally announced two months ago for Metal Shop certification for existing members has ended.
From now on, only members who have been recertified by me or who have taken the Metal Shop Safety Class can use any equipment in the Metal Shop (including the machine shop subarea).
If you aren’t certified yet, taking the Metal Shop Safety Class is now your only route to become so. It is scheduled twice a week for the near future.
