Memory full on controller - and Z puck not working

My second time using the machine so this all could be user error. When I tried to load my file to the controller I received a “not enough storage to load file” error. No idea how to clear the controller. I also could not get the zpuck to work - broke the first bit (I was smart enough to buy the 5 pack) - but it continued to have the same issue. No “boop” - luckily I kept my hand on the stop button.

Which CNC? I think there’s already a known issue with using the z-puck on the large machine. I had this issue on the small machine, and it turned out that the puck had come unplugged from the machine.

It’s the large one. I must have missed that issue. Can someone help with the memory error?

Go menu>operate file>delete file then you ca delete the files that are in internal memory. But if you are going off usb I don’t think you would have an issue k. Maybe try using a different usb first

I put a yellow tag on the puck that reads “no sensor” hopefully that helps

Thank you! Meant to do this yesterday but got caught up in other stuff (also thanks again for getting my toolbox back to me!)
