Lots of up for grabs cabinet maker's delight

A load of things was dropped off. We can use some of it but not most of it. Please excuse the mess in the wood shop for a short time. Please come and grab any of these things on the two tables pushed together. These are all up for grabs and we’d like them all to go today if possible.

Everything else will be taken to a large metal “storage bin” outside.

Also up for grabs are these two mobile tables, a small scrap card, not our scrap cart! And this workbench with drawers. Also on wheels.

Through things all morning and will pull aside the things we can use in the building, but everything else will go on top of the upper grabs table in the wood shop.

Cabinet maker’s delight.. yup there are blum undermount slides and hardware. Lots of door hinges.

And please take all these magazines! Or if anyone knows a library or school that would love to have a stack of this, please help us distribute or let us know where they might be

Lots of glues and sealants

Pipes!!

Please clear these out! Take whatever you want

Just noting that the Austin Public Library will not take magazines over a year old. They do take books, which are likely to either end up on the book sale or be recycled, depending on popularity and condition.

All the various sheet goods that were placed on two workbenches has been cleared off. There are a few 3/4" thick sheets of MDF up for grabs. If it is not taken by Tuesday morning, it will be cut up and tossed in the trash.

Could the MDF sheets be used to create spoilboards for the small CNC?

We’ve used 1” in the past to give us better height above the t slots

OK, so we’ll forgo them, We still have two sets before we run out of them.

Can the sheets be glued together to make them thicker?

If your referring to gluing the .75 sheets together, I personally don’t think it’s worth it.

The 1” last a while, and if we get people to adopt the .25” temp spoilboard like on the Swift, they’d last even longer.

I did snag a bunch of the .25 MDF to use as temp spoilboards.

If the 3/4 mdf is still available I will pick it up today

Im willing to build a shelf so that Asmbly can have a mini library available.
