The bandsaw blade came loose while I was using it. I’ve already red-tagged it but wanted to offer meeting up with whomever is going to fix it in case I could help or at least learn more about the machine. It’s definitely my preference to leave things in a better state than I found it, so if there’s something I can do to help with remedying the problem let me know.

Blades back on, seems to be running fine. After vacuuming it out I couldn’t see anything wrong; possible it either got too swarfy or the blade wasn’t quite tight enough.
I found the blade broken last week (no one reported that, though it’s possible it broke on startup) and replaced it. Either I didn’t tighten it enough, or sometimes new blades will stretch a little and need more tightening as they break in.
