Hello everyone. I’m new to Asmbly and I’m looking to hire some expert help on how to make a few key parts to a device I’m making. This video shows the part(s) I’m looking to recreate (start at minute 3.30)

I’m specifically interested in making the fly wheel and what looks like an axel attached to it. If anyone is interested please let me know. Thanks!
I think the flywheel is injection molded plastic? There is a center hub that interfaces with the axle. You could design the flywheel to be made with individual fins that might be 3D printed and machine screwed on. The backing plate can be laser cut. The axle might a standard shaft that already exists. You would need to cut the axle to length and attach to the center. The metal lathe and vertical mill would make the positive connections to the flywheel.
