What are your go-to procedures when you cut or engrave on any of the lasers? I want to compile a list to help new and existing users work better and more efficiently in the laser room. We collectedly have a lot of knowledge that we can share with others.

Kind of a tip/warning: sometimes I dial in my settings with small test cuts in the bottom corner of my piece before cutting out the larger object, but the settings for that corner don’t work in the middle of the piece, and I need to recut it with a higher power or slower speed. This has been my experience on Dorian, most likely due to slight warping of the materials.
