While the jointer has the capability to cut bevels, it needs to be left at 90 degrees. The fence is unfortunately a little touchy. Switching to a bevel only leads to bad calibration once it returns. We really don’t need that capability, and keeping a true 90 degree fence is critical.

I used it yesterday and noticed it was off. I had not “adjusted” it but noted the same. Agree that locking it in at 90 degrees is best.
