This has come up before, but I wanted to repost.

Dozens of generators that you can customize. I make something from this site every few weeks.

Once it generates the art, you right click on the images and save as an SVG file. Dead simple.

Here’s the latest.
A box to hold pens, Post its, flashlights, etc, in my RV.
The other is a notebook cover to hold camping information. I’m gonna rivet in a 3 ring binder.

For living hinges, it’s not a bad idea to cut a test piece an inch or so tall. The algorithms are preloaded and I found that the hinge was too generous in the app.

Different living hinge patterns have different strengths and this page offers ten options.

I tried one of the bowling pin ones first, and it wasn’t flexible enough. The default lines from the Festi generator are highly flexible. That’s basically the “Straight” pattern in your example. It’s just not as attractive as some others. But it works. I have a set of swatches that I got on Etsy. Similar to your example.
