Hi all,
I’ve been trying to figure out how to re-purpose an Ikea couch that needs to be either re-upholstered, or the pleather repaired and springs tensioned. Rather than risk a “recycling service” just putting it in a landfill, I wanted to see if anyone who does furniture could get some use out of it. As far as I know, the lumber frame is still intact and strong.
Additionally, for anyone who would know how to repair or replace a fouled motor on a reciprocating saw, I have this ergonomically shaped Kobalt corded (15 Amps, I believe) reciprocating saw. It burnt out when I made the bad decision to try to cut limbs in >105-degree heat a while ago. There are still a lot of blades from new to worn out condition, as well.
Thanks in advance, and feedback is welcomed if my posting format here goes outside the consistent norms on the forum!
