I’m sorry to report I snapped off my filament while trying to remove it from the CR-10S. Also had a problem with the filament roll falling off the roller during a long print. Also my last print had no Z height printed, the entire first layer was good but then no height got printed and it said “done”
Let me know what I should do about the filament snapped off and the second two are just FYI, I am resorting to hiring a pro through Treatstock like you mentioned.
