The jointer has a new fence. It has a more convenctional/traditional mechanism. The “L” black handle to the right of the round knurled handle is the one that should be loosened to square off the fence if needed. The forward metal longer handle can be popped up to help square the fence off (dont forget to put it back down as it may get on the way when you run stock through). The one to the left is to allow you to move the fence in and out. Loosen the handle, turn round knurled knob left or right, tighten “L” handle. If you forget to tighten, the fence can move on you during operation.
