Jig for Double-Sided Cuts - Laguna Swift

Hey all,

I’m excited to introduce a new prototype designed for more accurate double sided cuts for the E area of the Vacuumed Spoil board. All drawings and references for this project will be available on my Google Drive, allowing users to replicate the jig for their own projects or utilise the existing jig. If anyone wants to improve upon what I have to far, I would love to collaborate as there are more improvements.

Does this not fit the front and back of the machine the same way? If not we should consider bringing those in line.

Why would you make a jig that spans the X axis vs an L shape jig that can be flipped and used in any corner? No judgement just curious about the process / use case and how that dog pattern might be improved (like maybe the corner spacing on the Swift matches the IQ* :face_with_peeking_eye:.)

*I thought about this after working on the IQ’s dog design.

The dog holes on the front of the spoil board are differently spaced than the dog holes in the back. Atleast the backet i made that fits the jig and the spoil board says so lmao
