Asmbly is a shared space, built by and for the community. To help us continue growing as a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment, we’ve set up a dedicated email for members to raise concerns, ask questions, or get help navigating interpersonal issues in the space.
people@asmbly.org
This goes to a small team currently consisting of myself (Executive Director) and a third-party HR consultant. Our goal is to handle all concerns with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Whether you’ve experienced something that doesn’t align with our How to Be Excellent guidelines, have concerns about interpersonal dynamics, or just aren’t sure how to navigate a situation — you can reach out here.
This is not a technical support email or a tool request line — this is for people-related concerns and community conduct.
What can you use this for?
- Reporting inappropriate behavior or conduct concerns
- Asking questions about community standards
- Sharing feedback about your experience at Asmbly
- Getting help navigating challenging interpersonal situations
Flyer + Privacy Notes
We’ve posted flyers around the space at key locations next to entrances and in bathrooms, that way members can see this info anytime they enter/exit the space and especially in the privacy of the bathroom. The flyer includes the email address, a quick summary, and a reminder that this is here to help you (pdf linked below for reference). You’ll also find this contact info on our newly posted contact list throughout the space.

Let’s keep working together to maintain a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to create.
