The internet has been down for the past several minutes. Can the router be reset or something?

Reset the router, doesn’t seem to be syncing with the upstream system. Appears to be a spectrum issue. If it persists we’ll have to escalate with them.
edit: acknowledged outage, resolution ETA 6:30pm.
Spectrum’s update is that service is still down with ETA pushed to 9:30p (in part because its their policy to update customers every 3 hrs). Hopefully it actually gets resolved sooner or is maybe even already back up
