I got a red dot on the door reader, what gives?

Hypothetical question here that may come up for people and surprise them. If you’ve been using OpenPath honky dorey then one day find the door reader isn’t letting you in, there’s a good chance there was a problem with your renewal and you aren’t actually a current paying member.

Log into your member portal and verify that you have an active membership. If your membership lapsed, you’ll need to renew it and wait for the door system to update (usually occurs in the wee morning hours).

Neon sends emails notifying you when your member renewal fails. Don’t ignore them if you don’t want a disruption in access!
