How to bring in a visitor?

Hello! I hope I’m in the right channel.

If I want to bring in a visitor to watch me work (but NOT touch the tools), what exactly is the process? Do I have to register them online?

I think the process is to add their name as a note in your registration, then have them sign a waiver on the computer in the lobby when they arrive.
