How do I withdraw from a class after I have registered?

Hey guys,

I am registered for Shaper Origin: Techniques w/ JD this Saturday, 2/28, and need to withdraw from the class. IIRC from orientation we could do this 48 before the class and still be eligible for a refund? Trying to do it as early as possible so any waitlisted folks can get a notification.

In any case I’m logged into Neon and looking at My Classes/Events. I see my registration for the class but do not see how to withdraw and open my seat back up. Any help with the UI?

Hi Joe, the best way is to email classes@asmbly.org. I’ll cancel your upcoming Shaper Origin: Techniques registration, and you should see a refund on your statement within 5-10 days.
