I used Hermes to print my project and as you can see from the photos it did not turn out. I have used the exact same file to print with Apollo with no issues. Any suggestions on possible cause?
Included photo of the filament used. One thing I noticed is that on the big pieces the sides on the left and right of the pieces are perfect. It is the sides facing front and back that have issues.
Internet search is suggesting tension of the belts. The belt status reads X - 237, y - 277.
I saw that in progress, and it looked odd, but I wasn’t sure if it was designed in. This indeed looks almost like a y-axis layer shift. However that usually results in all parts being off the same about in the same layer. Yours shows different artifacts on different parts.
If it works on another MK3S, then yes belt tension is the first thing I’d check. Could you/did you already submit a problem report?
