Hi! Is anyone well versed in sublimation - specifically for trucker hat projects? Any advice via this forum or in person would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve been troubleshooting, but I can’t seem to home in on a clear transfer without ghosted outer edges or creases.
I’ve attached a picture of my attempts for reference. (They’re for a golf themed baby shower, hence the caddy pun lol).
Any help on how to improve the transfer is welcome. Thank you!

Were you using a heat press pad/pillow?
It should help you get even pressure on something not flat like a hat.

I thought we had a heat press specifically for hats.

Also, can someone remind me what are the coordinates of the corner defined by the dog holes on the Small CNC? It used to be written on a piece of tape on the controller, but someone removed it.

Are those the silicon mats next to the hat sublimation machine? I did use one for one of the attempts but maybe I used it wrong. I’ll try it again!
