Today @CLeininger and I did some maintenance on the bandsaws. Charles cleaned and tuned up the Rikon. It now cuts like a champ.
The Grizzly bandsaw support arm now works properly. The worm gear got changed out. The mesh of the worm and pinion is so much better now. The worm gear shaft would come loose. That got fixed with 2 tack welds. The welds will help retain the proper tension.
The Jet bandsaw also got a tune up.
