Hi everyone, I have an engineering consulting and manufacturing firm that I run.
We have outgrown our current space and are working on moving to something a bit larger. We are in a spot where we are probably going to get a little more square footage then what we need currently in order to not have to move again in a year or two.
Having said that I am curious if anyone has a need for industrial, studio or office space, or uncovered outdoor space for boat, RV, that they would like to sublet from us temporarily
We have a few spots in the Domain/JJ pickle, east Austin, Pflugerville and RR area that we are looking at.
I just want to gauge interest etc. so let me know what area you would prefer, what your needs are, how important full air-conditioned space is etc.
