Appears to be a screw sticking up and the sill plate is warped. I tried to use a red tag but it doesn’t let me switch to the gmail account I joined with.

Thanks for the heads-up. This has been building for a while and a proper fix is on the next workday list. I improved the band-aid a bit and it’s closing again.
