DIY comedy wrestling returns to ABW. This show is a labor of love and it would mean the world to us if you came out to cheer and jeer for the likes of Bench Horse, the horse who can bench press; The Opposum King; Dr. Trauma, legally human wrestler Skip Rathbone; Velvet Weight Champion Bull DeCroix; and many more!
Maker tax, here’s what I made at Asmbly for this show:
With no budget and a love for spectacle, we rely heavily on up cycling trash (mostly cardboard.)
For this show we wanted to make our entrance to look like a gothic pipe organ.
I laser cut cardboard on Tarkin and Dorian to create a face frame of sorts to add texture to our main design:
I used the sublimation printer to create a mug for our commentator and TV talk show host Roy Hammer:
The vinyl cutter leant Tarkin a hand in the creation of this iPod shuffle:
