Hey folks! I’m trying to gather some footage for an upcoming social media video inspired by this with the caption “When you look around and realise you’ve found a space with people that share the same passion of making as you”. We’re going to skip the last little bit of it with the “beefing” part, but I’m aiming to get this style of footage in all the other shop areas where a maker pauses on what they’re doing briefly to turn to the camera and wave.
I’m not sure exactly when I’ll be in this week to get this footage, but if you’re willing to be one of the makers in it and will be around the shop this week, please let me know!

The more the merrier for this one! I’ll definitely also just approach folks that are around while I’m there to see if they’re interested in being in it.
I would love to help out capturing footage and editing this video for social media. Also I have a suggestion to replace the “beefing” part of the video to make it more positive. We can show someone (in a very controlled way) not practicing safety in the woodshop/metalshop and people rushing to their side to help them out. I can stop by tomorrow evening to help out, or even just lend my video editing skills to this project.
