I have paid for and completed the festool domino course, but do not seem to have access to cabinet. This tool has been red tagged for well over a month and I have already had to restart my project once because of this. How can I get this resolved?

I sent an email immediately, and have not had any response. I still do not have access to the tool cabinet at all in my Alta app. The wood I have prepared is actively warping while I continue to wait.
