My prints keep failing. Definitely user error but not sure why. Would love to get with someone and willing to pay to get it printed this week.
Hello Sean, have you had a chance to try using Dione again today? We just wrapped up today’s 3D Printing Stewards session, where we inspected every printer (minus Polyprinter) in the space. Dione’s resin tank film was punctured, but we replaced it today, and I successfully ran a print on Dione this afternoon. All of these troubleshooting efforts are handled purely by volunteers, so feel free to reach out anytime for free assistance.
