The Board is thrilled to announce Asmbly is looking for its next executive director! @valerie, our long-time volunteer executive director will be passing the torch to Asmbly’s next senior leader. We want to sincerely thank Valerie for her tireless work over the past 5+ years at the helm of Asmbly’s operations! Through her efforts and guidance, Asmbly has been able to expand its space, membership, programs and so much more.
The Board has been able to secure external funding that will allow us to hire our first paid executive director that will continue to shepherd Asmbly into the future while maintaining our culture and maker spirit. We have formed an Executive Director Search Committee, of which I am the chair, and engaged the services of a local professional to assist us with this important hire.
This position reports to the Board of Directors and as the senior-most staff leader at Asmbly, is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight and financial stewardship.
