Hello! We’re prepping for the shoot this weekend and saw that the embroidery machine is marked as down, with a part arriving at end of August - does anyone know if the part is here / if it has been fixed? Thanks!
The part that is missing is (I believe) the threader. It shouldn’t influence the operation of the machine
Hello! The needle threader has been replaced. I am sorry for the delay.
I am sorry that part was missing when you used it. I know firsthand how much of a pain it can be to thread the needle without it.
I was waiting on the part, and it didn’t arrive on the estimated day. Then I was in Brazil for a couple of weeks and that extended the replacement.
